Larex, Inc. was a specialty provider of natural compounds for human nutrition, animal health, personal care and bio-tech companies founded in 1993. Larex was founded and developed to provide all natural health products to the global health market. It grew from start-up to $5M in revenue with offices in St. Paul, MN and manufacturing facilities in Cohasset MN. Larex, Inc. was sold to Lonza, Inc. in 2006.

Mr. Nickoloff was with Larex, Inc from 1993-2006 in position of Founder, President and CEO. During this time, Larex’s business grew with the rapidly growing nutritional healthcare market. During his tenure, he was instrumental in opening emerging markets throughout Canada, Europe, and Asia. He gained extensive knowledge of both the human and animal nutrition markets globally and established strong relationships with leading nutritional helath companies throughout the world. Bo was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the new business venture. This included securing $40M in equity, developing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, overseeing the human and animal clinical trials, and securing FDA approval for the new compounds.

He has worked directly with Pepsi, General Mills, Mead Johnson, Novartis, Abbott Labs, P & G, Hills Science Diet, Cargill, Ralso, Estee Lauder, Boots, DKSH, Lonza, IAMS, Hartz, Roche, Taiyo Health, Whole Food, Maple Lef Food and Many others in the rapidly growing health and nutrition market.
